Can I send DLT-registered sender IDs for international SMS?
International SMS uses a different routing system than domestic India SMS. Your TRAI DLT registration applies to India-destined messages only. For international routes, ConnexBetter uses your registered business name as the sender ID (alphanumeric, where supported) or a long code number where alphanumeric is not permitted.
How do I handle delivery reports for international SMS?
ConnexBetter provides real-time delivery reports for all international routes where carrier delivery receipts are available. Some routes (particularly certain African and Latin American networks) provide 'sent' confirmation only, not final delivery. The API response and webhooks indicate which type of receipt applies to each destination.
